Spring has springeded.

The cherry trees have been in bloom for at least two weeks now. The scent is beginning to fade from the neighborhoods. Many daffodils and other flowers are already in bloom.

And it snowed the last three days IN TOWN. Getting snow once is notable, even in winter. Twice in a row is odd. Three sequential days in spring is insane.

What's it like back east?

(Bean - what photo equipment do you use?)

In MI:
Last week we had a day in the 50s, immediately followed by 7" of snow.

Today it's gonna be 60 with a chance (or relative certainty) of crappiness again by Wednesday.

Same old. :-)

The rain broke, and today was 70 and sunny in Nashville.

It's rainy here, but warming up.

I use Canon stuff now. 30D. Just bought the 24-70mm macro, and 70-200mm IS lenses. Working on getting a 20D for my backup camera. Looking forward to trying out my new stuff at our family vacation in Gatlinburg this weekend!

What're you working with?

I'm a diehard Canon boy.

I just bought a 40D, an EF 24-70 f/2.8L USM, and a 430EX speedlite this past week (the bills just started rolling in for that...OUCH). I'm digital now, baby!! Also recently got a nifty fifty, but don't know how much use it will get. Biggest zoom I have is a Sigma 70-300 (112-480mm when considering the crop factor). Really looking forward to the coming hiking season.
